What's so sad is that all the companies threatened by Google have no clue of the tsunami coming at them, and Microsoft, the one company with the cash to start over and dominate a World-Brain(TM) and an EarthGame(TM), has chief executives trapped in the old paradigm. I would love to see Microsoft retain this author (Mr. Steve Arnold) to give them a one page road map into the future. I'd do it for free, but Mr. Arnold's mind is better than mine, and this is an easy $1 million.
