When you get to be 65, you have a different view of a high rank on a search engine. I don't care if folks read my stuff or not. If someone stumbles upon my addled goose comments, good for them. Using non-descriptive and repetitive link text is also bad for accessibility as stated in <a href="http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10-HTML-TECHS/#link-text" rel="nofollow">WCAG 1.0</a>. You know, YOU could be doing more to give search engines good content rather than SEO tricks if you used descriptive link text rather than making every link say “here”.
