Sinequa Lands Co Op Financial Deal

The world’s largest consumer co-operative just made Sinequa, http://www.sinequa.com, a part of their plans to develop company efficiency, facilitate collaboration and improve customer service. The Co-operative Financial Services (CFS), http://www.cfs.co.uk, will use the Sinequa CS enterprise search engine to connect different business units. The engine links data sources using connectors so employees can access information across the company based on access rights. The co-op needs Sinequa CS to pull all its pieces parts together. It’s a no brainer: the co-op has about 6.5 million customers to serve. Sinequa CS facilitates natural language queries and retrieves search results by way of patented semantic technology.
