Microsoft TomTom Update

Groklaw has a useful post about the thin ice on which the Microsoft TomTom action may be starting to walk. You can read “Two Qu9ick Words about Microsoft v. TomTom: Think Bilski” here. In addition to useful links, Groklaw offers the notion that other legal forces may be pushing against the Microsoft effort. The issue in my mind is that a company like Microsoft can afford litigation. Smaller companies might find themselves on the ropes regardless of the merit of the challenge.
