Digital Reasoning has built its reputation by providing products that automate the understanding of human communication. One could say they put the humanity in technology. This company stresses how Synthesys Cloud is an amazing, new tool for data scientists. However, it offers separate reasons as to why it is beneficial for other clients as well. Is the company thinking that business professionals will approach the software differently than data scientists?
